Both options are delivered by the same senior people who run our full engagements, so we take a limited number at a time. When a seat opens, the people on the waiting list hear first.

How does billing work?

A simple monthly charge to your card, the same amount every month. The first three months are the initial term; after that it’s month to month and you cancel by email. No invoice chasing, no annual contract, no setup fee.

What if I need to stop before three months?

Email us. We’ll ask what went wrong, because we want to know, and then we’ll stop the billing. We would rather lose three months than keep someone who isn’t getting value.

Can I move from Guidance to Coaching, or up to a full engagement?

Any time. Moving up credits your current month in full. Moving to a Digital Marketing engagement starts with a call so the proposal fits your business.

Can I ask CESSON to just publish it for me?

That’s the line between Coaching and a full engagement. In Coaching we draft and review; your team publishes. If you want CESSON publishing and running the whole thing, that starts at $3,500 a month.
